We'll ask you to send over anything you have — repair orders, emails with the dealer, photos — and we'll come back to you with a clear answer on whether your case is worth pursuing.

Step Two: Building the File

Once you're a Red Rock client, we gather the records that matter. This typically means repair orders from the dealer, your purchase or lease contract, and any written correspondence you've had with the manufacturer. We handle the document pulls ourselves — you don't need to chase anyone down.

This part of the process is usually quiet on your end. You'll get periodic updates, but most of the work is us building the paperwork trail that forms the backbone of your claim.

Step Three: The Manufacturer Hears From Us

Once the file is built, we formally put the manufacturer on notice. Their legal department now deals with us, not you. If they want to offer a buyback, a replacement, or a cash settlement, those offers come to us first, and we tell you exactly what they're worth — and whether to take them or keep pressing.

Step Four: Resolution

The manufacturer covers attorney fees as part of the settlement, so you walk away with the compensation without writing us a check.
